NO BB OR VM ON DEMAND

JUST INSTALLED A 3 WAY SPLITTER THE SV WORKING GREAT,LOST BB AND GET THE GREEN LIGHT FLASHING ON VM BOX INDICTATING NO ON DEMAND SERVICES BUT GETTING CHANNELS OK?,ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFUL????
SORRY FOR SHOUTING CAPS LOCKS STUCK ON!!!!!

re check your going in the right terminals on the splitter made the same mistake
