some of channels gone

Sky sports 1 and some others channels have gone, all it says when i get them up now is no signal. Ive porb lost about a quarter of channels alltogether any ideas what might have happened. I had it working with all of them for a few days.

try rescan if nothing check 4 latest filmware wot type of box is it and who is your provider

Should I reinstall the software you think?

Do a factory reset and then reinstall software.
Do a rescan and don't forget to turn the keycode on and press Ok on the default menu.
