poor epg on sv1... n.ireland

my starview1 box has lost some channels.. e4, e4+1, film 4 etc.. also have a very poor epg, take ages to load and still not available for all channels....

any ideas on how to fix this guys....thanks

was considering buying a sv4 usb box.....do these work ok in belfast (n.ireland) ???
