    Starview 4 epg

I wonder if some one could help me out please, just invested in a starview 4 usb flashed 1.07 firmware no problem. The problem is that i have to download the epg guide again every time the box is turned off, Is this what i have to do every time the box is switched off or am i doing it wrong?Would flashing software 1.10 be any better.

    Thanks.......

I know wat you mean!I hate having to do that all the time, but I dont think this issue has been resolved with the 1.10 firmware.

No,soon as the box is put on standby and back on again you go to the epg and it is very limited again,Then i have to download the full epg again.Bit of a pain to do this just to get a decent epg. Should this be like this?

Thats normal for the box, mate! Its not a defect in the box but just something lacking in the firmware itself.
I am sure with time some1 will come up with a firmware that will fix this problem.

I have tried the new 1.12 firmware but this seems to have the same issue. Only seem to get the EPG on 75% of the channels.
