1570 does not work on starview

Just recieved my starview 4 usb in the post today.It is version 1.03 do i need to install lastest firmware.I have downloaded 1.07 on my memory stick inserted it into the box,go to usb in menu highlight bin file and press ok. when the system reboots it goes back to 1.03. Can anybody tell me where i am going wrong.Also when i press 1570 in menu nothing happens is this because i need the lastest firmware.

I have done that already. When i press restore it goes blank and then goes back to the N*L info channel. When i go to system info it still has 1.03. Any ideas would be appreciated

sounds like you have not put 1.07 on stick properly. i have had probs with winrar which is what you need to put s/ware onto your stick.
