All Chanells gone on The Box Super USB

Hi,
I switched on The Box Super Usb and all the stations were gone.
I done a factory reset and a scan and nothing happened.
Can anyone please help me to get the stations back.
When I was doing the scan it was very slow,normally it is fast at scanning.

Any ideas.

The Box is dead.
when I do a scan it is very slow and no stations comes in and when its finish doing the scan it comes back to manual scan.

what firmware have you got on??

make sure you turn the key code to on. press 1570 on menu screen

I turned on the key code and I even went back to the 1.07 firmware, but to no avail.

You need to use the latest Beta firmware as you are in Dublin. Do you have a live connection?

I put in the lastest firmware onto the box and done a factory reset and then done a scan. When I done the scan it wass very slow and no stations comes in and when its finish doing the scan it comes back to manual scan. or sometimes back to Langauges. I turned on the emu and also the default.
I checked a few settings.
Output Settings OSD Settings
TV Rad 4:3 Banned Timeout Off
Display Mode Full Video Output RGB
Video Output RGB OSD Transparence OFF

They are personal settings for TV type, etc. Do you have a live connection? Can you get RTE1 and a few others by plugging your coax directly into the back of your TV?

the same happened to me go and get a null rs232 cable and download the latest sortware its found in downloads/starview/ the you will find one called theboxsuperusb download that on the once finished hoock it up to ur tv and press 1570 and turn emu on then it should work perfect

Is this the firmware you are using at the moment Digital Kaos - Downloads - TheboxSuperUSB_BETA

If it is factory reset again and scan again on Nthell from the direct feed. If you are using another firmware revision flash with above and do as said.

Hi Satsmo,
I used The Box SuperUSB_BETA.
Done a factory reset and then rescanned , when it is scanning it goes very slow, the green line on top is a full line and does not move,the bottom beige colour moves very slowely, when it finishes scanning , it goes back to langauge or sometimes to manual scan.
I then go into 1570 and turn on the emu and the press the default setting,but again it goes back to langauge.

What part of Dublin are you in as some areas differ, although its beginning to sound like a box fault.
