starview help !!!

i have 2 starview 1 boxes i updated 1of them no bother bu when i whent to press download on the second on it said flash failed and their is a 0 on the screen on the box and i cant getin to any menus when i hock it up 2 my tv so is their anyway i can wipe the data using my computer and then put new firmware on it please help

What starview box have you got ?

Have you tried a reflash with the box off press download on the loader. Wait a few seconds and then power box back up. It may take a few attempts.

Although 0 on the display is a usual sign when the C11 capacitor is gone on the PSU.

What model is a Starview 1 box ? And I didn't think there was a fix for Starview 1 boxes ?

fix here if this is your problem replace cap with 16v not 10v

i checkde dat its nt the c11 or 21 what else coulod it be
