cant scan any channels

hey guys, iv bought starview super usb 4 and downloaded the update, moved it to box installed it the box reboots iv i try to do automatic scan and it goes to 100% but no channels?

Hello everyone,new to the wonderful forum site.just got my SV5,i have done all what i could technically but not getting more than 8 channels which at least 5 of them are not showing,can anyone pls advise on what to do to pick up all channels...cheers

wont get any more channels than that, looks like your in a nagra 3 area, no more free tv.
