Starview 4 channel loss issues

Hi Guys

every few days i have realised that i am losing some premium channels on my starview 4, they just go blank?

after doing a full reset and a rescan i get all of them back.

but this is happening really often now, u can imagine
how long it takes to do a rescan & reset.

i am currently using firmware 1.07.

is this really common with the starview 4 box?

does the eurovox ex7000 have the same problems aswell?

any advise wud be very much appreciated

ur rite about not being a big deal, after all considering wat we are getting in return

i have tried the manual scan but no picture, like i said before it only works after a factory reset.

thanks for ur help anyway, i'll keep on resetting fro now.

do you hit default after you rescan, then back to sly etc? ynwa
