If I factory reset and scan will I lose v1.10

Please can some one tell me if I do a factory reset and re scan the chanels will I lose the firmware v1.10.... as I bought the box with the software already installed and don`t have a usb to reinstall. I am also having trouble with some chanels as I can not get the ppv or adult chanels do you get these or not thanks

You can get 1 PPV channel which is the Sky Box Office.Its the one that shows boxing & wrestling.
You can pick up about 5 adult channels, I think.It used to be more.

And lastly, you will not lose your firmware if you do a factory reset & re scan.

No you will not lose the loaded software
