super usb not working

I have done a factory reset and a scan but still not working. when i do the factory reset the 1.07 version of the s/w is still on the box. should this be? I am trying to install the beta version but it wont download. i get as far as selecting usb from the remote i can see the beta file , i can select the beta file but can not run the download. i press the ok button but nothing happens. I have previously selected the yellow button (format) and when i do this the file dissapears. Any ideas on what i am doing wrong. This box is 3 weeks old and worked for a week but now nothing??. anyone know of anybody in the dublin area that may be able to fix these boxes?

I'm getting the same as you.It won't let me transfer the Beta file from the USB stick. Any ideas in Kaos land !!!!!

Extract bin file to USB stick. Power off box before inserting usb stick.
Use BETA fix instead of 1.10 fix. Power off box before removing USB

yes use the beta fix,but first look in through vents for a heatsink on chip if you see one that box is a clone and it will kill it.
