screen just says 'no signal' on every channel

Hi people

Iv hard my starview box super for a while now and worked fine until one day i put it on and no channels work, it simply says no signal on each channel. Iv tried searching again, typing keys etc but none of this works. The signal still works on my old virgin media box tho.

Anyone got any ideas? any help will be appreciated

Im having the same problems...starview 4 usb is working fine downstairs though which is weird! any help would be appreciated!

Just a shot in the dark lads but, is the cable attached to the right place,
Cable in,
and not the rf socket.

no everthings in the right placel. ive also downloaded the version 1.10 software but its still saying no signal.

Any ideas please??

That would be quite stupid if two people did exactly the same thing and posted on here :S

have u got the free view channels ????? if so turn keycode on n dont forget to press default.......try a factory reset if not that

there isnt any channels that work and I've tried the factory reset but it still didnt work.
it was working fine a few weeks ago so thats why it seems so strange nw

v1.10 is for the starview4 usb is it not,and u have the starview 3 box super?

Tried factory resets, changing the keys, firmware etc...no luck. not getting a single channel on any scans.

Believe me it has happened to more than one person, not stupid just could be co-incidence. The thread starter did say "Anyone got any ideas? any help will be appreciated" So I had my shot in the dark.

i kno this sound s daft but try turnin on n off at the bac of the machine a cple of times ....has been known to work ....1.10 firmware has been known to kill clone s v 4 s and even some early models of geniune models of s v 4...for anyone else 1.07 firmware for anyone in england n scotland n the beta for ireland....................have u tried puttin a diff cable provider in when doin the factory reset.....................goto system setup goto system information n see wat ur box is flashed with...................loose scart cables also cause this ......
