starview 4 usb heeeelllllppppp

hi hi i was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this problem,,i have all the channels up on menu but only a handful is working,the rest are locked,,and another thing when i put menu up and press 1570 to turn keycode on nothing happens,,meaning i cant get to the keycode option,,,im on the mmds ,,n*l network,north dublin,,,

hi i have my box up and running but this is a friends one,exact same box,but the firmware i put into mine was deleted off my memory stick soo thought i got the right one butttt,,,

hi,,still no joy,all channels are there but locked,,i still cant get into keycode menu,,i can on my other box,,just menu 1570 and whalla on my box but no response on the other,,also the number on the working box is 0418,,the number on the evil box is 0302,,,

my m8 had to do menu code exit then repeat 3 times before the menu popped up , mine first time ?
