PIN problem Star view 'The box'

Hi I have a starview 'the box, I would like to edit the channels but when I go in to the edit it asks for a PIN I have tried 0000, 2004, 1234, 4321. Ithen tried to a factory reset but it needs the PIN!

Anyone have any ideas?
