Losing EPSN?

Don't know if anyone has experienced this but this is the 3rd time now since I've scanned ESPN that I have lost the channel and ESPN classic. All I get is a black screen but every other channel is fine. Bit reluctant to keep resetting the box all the time if its something that is easier to fix? Are VM deliberately moving the frequencies or doing something to the channel or is it my box?

did u press default after u rescanned

Go to the channel you have lost and do a manual scan.

Very new to this but how do you do a manual scan to find 1 particular chanel.
