i have a starview 1 box and have lost channels can anyone help with codes for west midlands area

just update your box m8 if you are not sure if your box is a clone use the clone safe fix

im sorry but im a bit thick i dont know how to update box ive had it couple of years and all i have ever done when i lost channels was find the codes 00 and 01 on fixya and put numbers in and save then i would get channels back
