Audio problem on Starview 3 The Box Super

Hi Everyone,
Last Night whilst trying to watch movies as well as the sound track from the film there was also an annoying over commentary from someone else in addition to the soundtrack telling you what was happening with the story - I have tried to turn this off using the Audio button but nothing seems to change -I have also re scanned the channels but again nothing has changed- anyone got any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks for the reply , I am pretty sure I have tried this but nothing happens I still get the double commentary
When you say press audio and move down one what exactly do you mean?
When I press audio a box pops up on the screen saying in the top section NAR with LR either side and then below that another box saying Eng with L & R either side again.
I have moved down to the Eng box but nothing seems to change.

Tried wha you said but it still didnt work I ended up doing a factory reset and all appears fine now for the time being , thanks for your help

will find this every time you rescan, on some movie channels and maybe on channel5. did you press ok after changing audio setting? should stop right away before exiting.
