    Starview 4 super usb

Still no joy setting this up. Have spent last 2 days at it.
Have tried to download latest software from USB stick to box, but nothing happening. Unable to turn key code on. Have tried menu 1570, but nothing happens, given no option at all. Am wondering now if my box is faulty. Supplier unhelpful. SP Ntl dublin
    any help appreciated!

Have you downloaded the latest SW - 1.12, and tried that?

You dont need to leave it in, but if you do take it out turn the box of 1st.

If you want to record stuff on to a hard drive, remove memory stick, and insert hard drive USB - remember to turn the box off whilst doing this.
