    Audio Description - Starview

    Hi,

The Audio description is on for most of my movie channels. I press the Audio button and have the choice of "Eng" and "Nar". I'm guessing that I need Eng but have tried both. Selected it and pressed both OK and Exit but nothing works. Driving me mental. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

When you press the audio button try using the left and right button on the remote.
I am not sure if it is on ENG or NAR

      Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. When I press those it just toggles the L and R speakers on / off for that selection.

        Hi Jok,

I have tried it. I've had both Eng And Nar highlighted and used both the OK and the exit to try to select but the voice still doesn't switc off. I've even turned the box off and on again once I've changed the selection.

          Thanks Jok,

Hoping I didn't have to as I've just got all my favoutites sorted. Sure it only happened after last reset. Looks like I will have to try it.

Seemed to have sorted it but don't understand why. Did a full scan so had extra copies of each channel. On the problem channels, each copy had "Nar" selected. Both copies would let me switch to "Eng" but it only had an effect on the newly scanned copy. Bit weird but at least it's worked.
            Thanks for your help.

better off doing a factory reset 0000 to delete first, then autoscan and emu to on.
