Channels gone on sv4

Hi all just noticed that S*y sports & movies have disappeared.

I'm based in Dublin on N*l was running v1.10 did a factory reset & have upgraded to v1.12 without getting the channels back.

anyone else having the same issue?

lost most of the good stuff last night - sports, movies exc they where there one min and gone the next, any ideas on when we could see an up date for this as i cant be holed paying for them cos i give them enough already. N7L starview4 dublin
