Yes it is n3, people have checked the streams being broadcast.

Correct ! You could well be waiting at least a year or two before it anywhere near to been opened, At the moment it is as secure as NDS been used by Sky Digital.

N3 has bee used by satellite provider(s) for nearly two years now without ever been opened to date.
