how do you turn narrator off?

Hi all,

I have 2 questions.

1. when watching films the narrator is on and I cant seem to turn it off any ideas.

2. how do I tell which version of the thye box super I have.

press audio and change to english

done that but narrator stays on

you will need to do a factory reset then turn it of that should cure your problem
press menu then system setup then system information

l have one and u need to do as l said above , no reset needed ? my daughter had to do it last night
