NO SOUND ON STARVIEW THE BOX SUPER

I have picture but no sound on my starview the box super. I have tried factory reset, reinstalling programme but no change. Any suggestions anyone?

Hi,

Yes, I have checked scartleads are working correctly and plugged in correctly, but still no sound.

try a different scart m8 also goto audio on settings

have you got the scart lead plugged in from the box's TV socket to the AV1 socket of the TV
