no movie information on starview usb 4

Hi Guys can anyone tell me how to sort out my starview usb 4, i got latest software running but when i watch movie i want see the information on movie but can not see most channel got no information and doesn't tell you anything when click on the information key, i tired older software version too but all the same any sulotion for that thanks

Check the time and date the box is puttin out. Also the green key will d/l the epg.
