Strange Film Narration

Hi,
I'm sure this is very basic but I now seem to get some strange narration with any film I watch. I was watching iron man last night and this strange voice over the top of the film was describing in detail everything that was happening. It's like subtitles but in voice form. It's freaking me out!! I'm sure it's a simple case of changing some audio setting but I'm going crazy with it right now.

go to the channel in question press the audio button press down to eng then press ok to exit if it still happens do a factory reset then rescan and follow above

As Martin says, press the Audio button on your remote, there should be a couple of options, L + R on mine I think, choose one or the other and the voices in your head will disappear.
Shouldn't be any need to re-scan.

when or if that does not work try a factory reset and autoscan and emu to on.
