audio description help please

hi guys i need help for my mate get rid of the audio description on some of his channels, hes got a starview 3 the super box and hes in the chester area, im unable to help as i only know eurovox. many thanxs in advance.

when on the offending channel press the remotes audio button and select the other eng option

if that does not work a factory reset 0000 to delete,auto scan from direct feed no splitters,make sure you select what provider he is on,then menu1570 key emu to on,exit out.

Had to do a factory reset to get rid of audio description as the narrator was on both streams.
