starview 3 Problems

i've been getting a voice over on the movie channels so i reset the factory settings now all the channels are scrambled. ive scanned the programmes again but nothings happens =s
can anyone help ?

no need for factory reset to get rid of voice over. press audio then press down to eng.. works every time on my sv3. btw when you do a rescan the voice over will probably return so need to repeat the above.

some boxes you have to factory reset as the audio trick does not work.

yes true cactikid vm have been messing about again so maney people having this problem
