Installed V1.12 then logo file - error "it is not a file of this IRD"

After succesfully installing the new firmware V1.12 on my TheBoxSuperUSB, I then installed the logo file. After it automatically rebooted, the screen turns green and I am asked to choose a language.
If I try to re-install the v1.12 firmware( also tried V1.07 ) I receive an error "it is not a file of the IRD"

I copied the firmware file to the root of USB stick, powered off the Box, inserted the USB stick and then switched on.
Again I am asked to choose language, and then when usb is selected and I try to install the firmware, the same error appears.

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Power on
88 88
88 82
b-01
Green screen
Language select
(logo does not display at any point)


I managed to do a automatic scan and it populated, but when I change channels etc, I can hear the channel but the picture is not displayed.
If I change channel the screen displays a scrambled frozen image.

Please help or advise, I cannot find anything that has helped his situation.

Try a factory reset and start from the beginning just load the firmware

is your box a clone v1.12 wont work on clones so i here

I have tried reloading just the firmware file, reloading the logo file, it is not a clone.
The firmware installed initially, and I then uploaded the logo file and since then it displayed this issue.
As mentioned, I can scan and get channels but it doesnt display them correctly.

after reflashing any box a factory reset and auto scan your provider and keycode to on.

Factory reset and autoscan done.
Area is READING.

As mentioned all was well after the firmware update, but problem occurred after I tried to install the Logo file.

I have also tried to flash using the FTV file as well, current issue is that all firmware files, logo and FTV files report the same error, so I am unable to flash using the normal method and I need advice on other methods to install the V1.12 firmware.

Tried your suggestion, but it also behaves in the same manner and "it is not a file of this IRD" is displayed when I try to install the firmware file.

Hence I need another method that can force the installation of a firmware file - running out of ideas.

I think he needs to Jtag to rewrite the eprom. it was possible to force the write on old boxes using GTROM. Anyone know how it could be done on the box usb???? Or could send him a link to performing the jtagging??
