Lost Channel!!!

Hi i've just updated to 1.12 ver firmware on my starview 4 box. i've rescanned the box and cannot find the "crime & investigation network" any ideas? i've factory reset & rescanned but still no joy!!

did you scan from direct feed no splitters,try again.

sorry m8, been away for the bank holiday. yeh my box connected through splitter. i'll try your suggestion. cheers
