Comentary for the blind

Hi All

I have just got my Starview4 super USB, connecting it and setting it up went like a dream unusual for me. the only problem i'm haveing at the moment is the commentary for the blind on some of the channels is there any way of getting rid of it, as its driving me nuts,

Tried the red button that don't work
