Starview 4 Downloads

Hi i have just bought a Starview 4 box but i am trying to download firmware 1.07 to a USB stick that i bought separately.My friend is trying to sort this over the phone but to no avail.Can anybody please help as i am a novice

I think there is a bug in the firmware v1.12
Many have gone back to using v1.07

i know how you feel i'm not sure if you'll even get this message, but if you do i downloaded file v1.07 bin to my desktop then dragged it onto a 2gb mem stick, banged it into the usb on me starview 4 and the rest was easy
