    starview super usb

    just got the 8882. all i was doing was deleting a program and then it went blank and the 8882 appeared. i know i need to get the max232 to fix but anyone know why it happened had this box over 6 months never had any probs before and is the max 232 the only way to fix im asking incase the max doesnt work thanks for any help

      Why it happened I cannot say for sure but the same thing happened to a box I had on test a while back. The SV4 has suffered quite a lot due to firmware errors.

      And the Max232 is as you have said the only way to repair an 8882 fault. Lucky for you it wasn't a bootloader fault.
