Starview 4, channels

Hello everyone.

Anybody give me a clue why i've lost channels 4 and 5 for no apparent reason? EPG knows what is supposed to be on just got black screen. Everything else is fine.

re scan doesn't do anything, anyone else had same problem? only started yesterday.

they will be in the tvch channels have a look in them and edit the name back to channel 4

Goto channel you have lost and do a manual scan on that channel.

try a auto scan this will work aswell .

channel movement happens every now and again,factory reset auto scan your provider,from direct feed only no splitters and emu to on.

Hi thanks everyone, I did just do a manual scan on the channels that had moved or went missing and they came straight back.
