Press menu go to factory setting press ok put code 0000
It will erase all the channels
Now go to Menu-installation put ntl or c&w who ever is your provider
Then do automatic scan
Now press menu go to parent control DO NOT PUT ANY CODE
Press info on your remote and press 2004 on your remote
You will see another menu
Go to EMU and turn it on
Now press exit-exit-exit-exit and see what happens
