keep loosing channels

ive got a starview 4 usb,its been up and running for about a month now,but i keep loosing channels ie itv 1 and BBC

i do the usual scan again,to which i get 3x itv's itv east itv london and itv anglia and 3 bbc's

switch over and loose them bar itv london and bbc london as i dont live in london i dont want these i want the the itv Anglia to stay,but cant get it to,have to always rescan to watch it

done the factory reset and manual scan which the come back but wont stay,after like i said swicthing over to another channel,then going back to them.
any ideas its doing me nut in now

try pressing the default key. and rescan from direct feed with no splitters m8

wots the Default key m8? factory default? if its that ive tried that

ive tried it without a splitter,they are there at the moment and ive even put it as a fav,but wont know now till tomorrow as the programes are the same as london now until the anglia news comes on tomorrow nite.

The default key is in the secret menu.
Press Menu and then 1570
Highlite the defauly key and press ok.

If this fails try re-installing the firmware

ok the channels i wanted have stayed but just switched over and only got a few free to air now and 80% of the other are not coming on,never had this happen before

Ive got a Starview 1 box and its coming up with "scrambled or bad channel" on Sports 1 and the odd movie channel

Did you turn the keycode on.

Exit out to sly sports 1

yep been reading the forum seems there a few areas lost most channels including freetoair aswell

yes i keep losing my channels too i have to re scan every time to get it back getting on my nerves now plus the channel information dont come up sometimes so i sometimes dont know what am watching

I think Virgin have been messing about the past few days, I've had to re-scan a couple of times.

I messes up my favourites like, but its no great hardship.

I also had to re-boot my legit box last night as some of the channels had dropped of there.

Just be paitent and re-scan, you'll get all the channels you want.
