digivox with scrammbled or bad channels

hi all i bought a mate a digivox xl i uploaded the firmware from here that was uploaded in feb its been working fine but got a call toady saying that the channels are coming up scrammbled or saying bad channels.

any ideas?

would i be able to use the latest firmware even tho it says its for the usb version of the box?

no m8 check the keycode is on rescan check keys in secret menu 1007 i think probably surge in cable output can knock keys off

how do i check that the keycode is on rescan.? first time i have used the digivox before only box that im not used to?

kk m8 menu, system at bottom ,enter then 1007 i think good luck 1004 if not 1007

i know how to get into that where do i go from there? i dont have the box in front of me so need to pass the info on.

ok at the bottom like starview keycode up the middle it says nagravision similar to starview
