Starview 4. The Box, Super USB

Ok guys, can anyone help. I've just took delivery of my new starview 4 box. Now i understand that you have to download the latest firmware to get your box up & going but unfortunately, i'm very stupid!! Can anyone please tell me how to do this. I'll be ok from that point forward but i need a link to download. Do i attach a USB cable from my pc to my box or do i use a USB stick?? Please help & be gentle. Thanks
