STARVIEW USB SUPER NOT WORKING

HI,
STARVIEW 4 USB box not working all i get is a black screen o all channels other than FTA.
am pretty new to all this so any help would be appreciated.
bought the box a month or so ago, and was working fine until wednesday.
am in london!

ive get ersion 1.06 preloaded but cannot access the secret menu. do i need version 1.07?

Hey

Im also in the West Mids, bought a box Friday, got from DVB Junkies so was updated to v1.12 when i got it, scanned channels, worked fine.

All channels are working in west mids, and the menu 1570 works fine.
