Starview 4 the super USB No Signal

Hi was watching tv like normal yesterday about 10pm, then suddenly the box showed a black screen then No Signal showed on screen.
The box has the v1.10 firmware on it and been using this box for over a year now with no problems.
Strange how it suddenly turned off. I loader the firmware on it again hoping this would solve the problem to no avail. Can anyone solve this one its beat me?

Is the time showing on the front of the box when you turn it on
