Silly Question SV4 work off digi signal?

Hello all sorry to be so silly but I had to know before I look into a Technomate thingy....My Sv4 (Super box USB) has been working fine with Version 1.07 until friday..I fear the "big digi switch over" has commenced...so my VM cable/analouge signal is nomore...if I were to obtain a V1rg1n m3dia digital signal (basic package) will my SV4 work with a digital signal as well as a analouge signal,im thinking not but it is a DIGITAL RECEIVER (DVB) so I'd like to know either way...many thanx : )

Yes your SV 4 will work with a digital signal as most people are on a digital signal and have been for years.
Have you tried a factory reset and rescan

many thanks...well idiot I am I went N bricked th thing (8882) think its a clone too as through the vents I see silver cover over processor but can they be recovered with max 232 adapter? N female db9 lead? has DK got a noobs guide to hot to restore bricked box please? especially pc/port direction as im a lil unfamiliar with how to locate which is which port soz : )
