Starbox EPG PROBLEM

Can any one help,
I have loaded v1.12 and v1.07 to resolve my epg issue but neither seems to work.
I have all channels but no EPG
My region is NTL

I'm on starview 1 and dont have much of an EPG, comes and goes, mostly missing. NTL too. Same for you? Or are you completely missing EPG?
