So, my starview 3 (theBox super) has gone off (13/09/09) So, im here trying to get the new updated firmware!

Welcome to the site m8.
leave it about 20 mins and you should be able to download the latest firmware.
See red stickies at top of page for latest firmware

your box might just need rescanning m8 before you look to update it..

i cant seem to be getting any channels coming up i scan it and says all the transponders fail any ideas folks
it`s cool guys managed to get it working again

Hi all

I have the star view 3 but wanted to know.. I can't get bbc1, 2 etc the basic free view channels. What date, Month was the new software brought out as I think I have this or does all the software have the same file name?

chances are m8 your box only needs a rescan from the main feed.
