just got starview 4 the code 1570 is not working can anybody help me

sounds like u have 1.6 on it and not 1.7 . look in systems settings in menu and post back

Did you press menu first.

press the menu button on the first screen then press 1570
if you mess it up by pressing any other button
come out of the menu screen and try again

some times other equipment may interfear with the infa red

try moving closer to the box

unsure of anything else so hope this helps

yes pressed menu first but also tried 2007 after menu
