missing random channels

Hello. I seen be having a problem in that Im missing random channels. Too many to name but include s** f*, V***** and plus *, some *** movie channels to name a few. Cant seem to rescan. Has any1 else had this problem? How can I rectify this wee prob. Living down in London, near the home of rugby.

Try a factory reset first. (code0000)
Rescan and dont forget to turn your keycode back on (menu 1570 turn keycode on).
Check what firmware you have on as well.

factory settings 0000
auto scan
then 1570
turn emu on
exit out to tv ..

Thanks to both of u. I cud of sworn i had tried it b4 but it didnt work.
