Hi can any one help me please I have lost all my channels on the box I have the usb to update it but when I open up the loader its asking for the model to be entered does anyone know what model number I put in I have tried several but it just wont work any replies will be much appreciated Thanks

hi m8 open the loader click on bin file you should load file
thebox_h20081204_455eE_api it will auto load stb model no
if you not got the bin file pm me i will send it you
