Starview 4 bbc channels unable to watch

Hi all hope you can help, i recently updated my sv4 box to the v1.12 firmware, ever since i did this every time i press the epg it downloads the epg,and also all the bbc channels keep pixelating and go scatty to a point iam unable to watch them hope you can help thanks

If you have not got a clone box I would go back to 1.07 m8. 1.12 has a little bug with the epg. There is not a lot of difference between 1.07 to 1.12

How do you tell if its a clone box?

Hi, i have down graded the firmware from v1.12 to v.1.07, this has fixed the epg problem, but the bbc channels are still unwatchable, i have re tunned the box several times but this hasnt fixed the problem, can anybody give me any ideas please, thanks in advance
