cant seem to find a setup guide for a starview 1.need to do a factory reset & rescan but i have forgot th process.can anyone point my in the right direction,cheers

Factory reset and rescan will wipe your channel list. Presuming you have the latest firmware and are in the UK, after reset and rescan press menu - 1570 on remote - enable emu - exit to Sly Sports and let it update.
If you do not have the latest firmware I recommend you update your box or else manual enter the codes.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams
