Starview 4 v1.12 can't get all channels now

Hi,

Loaded my starview 4 around 3 weeks ago with v1.12 and it worked perfect, I could get all the channels. Then last weekend it stopped downloading the tv guide, it said it had downloaded but I could see no data against the channels. However all the channels still worked.

Then today I decided to try and fix the above issue by reseting the box and reloading v1.12 from usb. It seemed to load ok and I can now get the guide but can't access any pay channels

Any ideas anyone?

forgot to enter the code on the menu screen, teach me to try and remember how to do it from memory!!!

for version 1.12 do you still need the logo file that was needed with 1.05

all in one file v1.12,you dont have to keep reflashing boxes with every problem,if you read any other posts on forum they say to factory reset,auto scan and emu to on to fix.
