    Cable box x 2 (hopefully)

Hi, new poster here so I'm not sure if this is being posted in the right place, but it is related to Starview, so here goes. Downstairs, I have a Eurovox connected to the virgin line and is linked to the main tv. However, I also have a spare Starview box and I'm thinking about installing it upstairs. How do I go about doing this as I have heard that you need a splitter but some people say that a booster should do the job. I'm not very clued up on things like this so can someone give me a conclusive answer and hopefully point me in the right direction? Also, would there be any problems with the picture quality on either of the boxes as I am guessing one line is not meant to be shared for two boxes?

    Thanks in advanced.

Is that splitter a high quality one and is it one you would recommend? Regarding scanning, I'm guessing that you mean that you take the box from upstairs and connect it to the "box on the wall", which is downstairs?
By the way, thanks for the info and sorry if I'm coming across pretty thick.

          Also, a fellow LFC fan!!!
