freezing problems

hi guys,
I'm having huge problems with the fta 101 cable box (the one before starview 1) in leeds area on v.media. Few days ago all channels went off, so i did a factory reset, scanned all channels on, turned emu on, after all this the box has froze on any of the channels. Please can you help me and Many thanks in advance.

dont know about this box, but leeds had big trouble with vermin themselves last week, so may not be your boxes fault
